I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right near Times Square and the theater district, making it convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the rooms were quite old and in need of renovation. The dining options were disappointing, and overall, I felt the value for the price was lacking.

My stay at the hotel offered a great location just steps from Times Square, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, but quite small, and the heater was quite noisy. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips and always being around to assist. While the breakfast selection was decent, I found the limit on items a bit frustrating. Overall, I believe it offers good value considering the location, although some aspects could be improved.
